I finally captured a shot of the Oquirrh Mountains from across the Salt Lake Valley. To take the picture, I had to drive up the side of the Wasatch Mountains. The view was spectacular. . . .

We arrived at the foot of Bell Canyon in our waterproof hiking sandals with water bottles, trail mixes, and enthusiasm. The view was already breathtaking and I couldn’t imagine how much more so . . .
